2011 WEEKNIGHT YOUTH LEAGUE

2012 Season - Playing Dates: April
30 to around June 30
- Games: Each team will play 12 games - 1 to 2 games per
week
- Entry Fee: $660 (team registrations only)
- Locations:
Games will be played in Pocatello, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, Rexburg
- Registration Deadline:
April 15, 2012
We support and endorse the many community youth leagues throughout southeastern Idaho. Our intent
is not to compete with them. We simply want to provide a weeknight opportunity for kids on travel teams that no
longer participate in community leagues. 1 Due do the competitiveness of
our league, we want to keep the number of teams in each age division low. Our intent is to have a highly competitive
elite league with a maximum of 6-8 teams in each age division. Our league is designed to be competitive and will
not benefit players with less experience.
- All Southeastern
Idaho travel/competitive teams are welcome to participate
- Team registrations only, no boundary restrictions for
teams
- League is designed for competitive teams
- Teams must provide their own equipment and uniforms
- Teams
must provide 2 new baseballs for each game
Scheduling
Format:
- We will do our best to schedule games in an effort to minimize
travel
- Games will start at 6:00 PM
- On ocassion teams will be
scheduled for doubleheaders at 4:30 and 6:30
- Teams may travel up to 45 miles for games
- Rexburg teams may play Pocatello teams in Idaho Falls or Blackfoot
- Idaho Falls
teams may play Pocatello teams in Blackfoot
- Rigby teams may play Blackfoot teams
in Idaho Falls
Age Cutoff Date: May
1, 2012 - 8/9u: Must be 9 or younger on April 30, 2012
- 10u: Must be 10 or younger on April 30,
2012
- 11u: Must be 11 or younger on April 30, 2012
- 12u: Must be 12 or younger on April 30, 2012
- 13u:
Must be 13u or younger on April 30, 2012
- 14u: Must be 14 or younger on April 30, 2012 (or in the 8th grade)
