Refund Information
Teams that cancel 10 or more days prior to the start date of the event will be charged
a $30 cancellation fee. Teams that cancel less than 10 days prior to the start date of the event will not receive a refund.
In the situation that there are not
enough teams to hold the event in a particular age division, teams have the option of getting a full
refund or transferring their registration fee to a future event. Participation
Idaho Premier
Basketball reserves the right to refuse participation to teams, coaches, and players per our discretion.
Privacy Statement
Your
privacy and security are important to us. Because we gather certain types of information about IdahoPremier.com users, we
feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy
statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. NOTE: IdahoPremier.com cannot accept information from individuals
who are under 14 years of age without first obtaining express parental consent.

If you participate in Idaho Premier Basketball activities (event
registration, etc.) on IdahoPremier.com, you may be asked to register for an ID and password and/or to provide information
on event-registration forms. Unique identifiers, such as IDs and passwords, are collected to verify your identity and for
use as account numbers in our record system. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary for customer
service reasons. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services that you specifically
request.
Additional Uses of Information

may be asked to provide personal information so that we can respond to your request for information or your feedback to us
or to facilitate payment. We may use contact information that you provide to send you information about our events. We will
not require you to provide more information than is necessary to participate in any of our site activities. When you provide

or sell this information to any outside company for any use. Idaho Premier Basketball will disclose personal information about
